FAQ

Where do we find tenants?

Your rental property will be actively marketed on rental portals such as Pararius and to a wider network of international companies, relocators, partners and verhuurmakelaars. 

What are the costs?

We operate on ‘no cure, no pay’ with a standard rate of 8% plus vat over 12 months.

In other words, a fee is required after we provide a tenant and only applies to the first 12 months with no extension fees beyond this period.

How much is the deposit / borg?

We recommend a deposit equal to 1 or 2 months rent depending on the property and its inventory.

For high end properties, a larger deposit could be charged. 

The deposit usually stays in your possession during the rental. Alternatively, you can task us with financial management of the property.

How much support does SPR provide during the rental?

We stay available for general support during the rental period after check in. Our support includes point of contact for repairs, emergencies, important lease contract reminders and any questions.
